Aim of this course
The aim of the session is to inform care workers about how they can raise concerns at work and their concerns may be addressed.
​At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Understand the legislation and standards governing raising concerns at work. ï‚·

Understand the importance of raising concerns in an appropriate manner. ï‚·

Understand the difference between a grievance and a public interest disclosure. ï‚·

Understand their role and that of their manager with regard to raising concerns.
